At Liaison the Label, we want you to love your pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment is free from makeup or fragrance marks to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
